How to manage order notifications?

You can set up notification when creating a new instructions template on our platform, which will be later used as a guide for you editing requirements. Notifications settings can be changed anytime by editing existing instruction template.

We provide automated system notifications about all activities on your orders – notifications. Those activities include:

  • Order status change (When editor starts working on it, when it’s completed and when files are ready to be approved)
  • When order and image comments are made
  • When files are approved and ready for download

Setting up email notification when creating new instruction:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click on instructions category in the side-bar

3. Click on add_icon icon and follow these steps

4. Check notification settings you want to get email notification about – notification_set

5. Click create_instructions

 

Setting up email notifications when editing existing instruction templates:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click on instructions category in the side-bar

3. Click on settings_icon settings icon and choose “Edit”

4. Check notification settings you want to get email notification about – notification_set

5. Click create_instructions

Note that by default when creating an instructions template, the notifications for when files are ready for approval and when comments are made, are automatically selected.

Unfortunately, you can’t customise notification settings in our mobile applications. You can only set up these when creating new instruction on our platform.
