BROWSER ISSUES
There are occasional issues that are apparently caused by the browser. Here are a few tips:
1. Try closing and opening your browser, or refreshing the page
2. Try logging in on a different browser or device
3. Clear the browser cache and cookies from browser settings, then refresh the page
4. Check added browser extensions/plugins that might be interfering with our system
5. Check site settings for disabled permissions
6. Private browsing mode could be affecting different features on our platform, for ex. Live chat
NETWORK ISSUES
Our platform needs an uninterrupted and stable internet connection to receive updates on order status, comments, as well as live browser notifications.
1. Make sure that your device’s Wi-Fi is turned on
2. Slow internet can cause your device to not work properly and result in intermittent connectivity, so the device is close to and within range of your router or point
3. Restart your modem, it can fix some network problems, occasionally improve slow connections, and resolve common wireless issues.
4. If problems with your internet still persist and you can’t get live updates on our platform, contact your Internet Service Provider.
